Longtime Lehigh County Sheriff Ronald Rossi says he will not seek re-election. Rossi was elected to six terms as sheriff.. And has been on the job for 24 year Rossi He was a Pennsylvania State Trooper for 29 years before becoming sheriff. While with the state police..
