Lehigh, Lafayette ready for Patriot League opener

Lehigh and Lafayette will each spend their New Year's Eve playing their Patriot League conference openers.

The Lehigh men will host Colgate at Stabler Arena at 2pm, while the Lehigh women will visit Colgate.

The Lafayette women will be home against defending champion Army at 2pm, while the Lafayette men will visit Army.

The Lehigh and Lafayette men both enter conference play on hot streaks.

The Mountain Hawks have won six of their last seven, while the Leopards have won five of their last six.
