Cash reward for info on Chestnuthill bank robber

A cash reward is being offered to help catch a bank robber who struck in Monroe County.

Police are releasing surveillance images taken Friday at ESSA Bank and Trust on Route 209 in Chestnuthill Township.

Police say a bank teller told them a man brandished a gun before making off with more than $3,000.

The robber is described as a white male, about 5' 10" tall with a medium build.

Anyone with information on this person's identity should call Monroe County Crime Stoppers at 1-866-370-1518.

Callers can remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward.
