Police investigate something suspicious in Sands lot

Officials were at the Sands Casino in Bethlehem early Monday morning for what we're told were reports of something suspicious in the parking lot.



A 69News viewer sent us a video of caution tape cordoning off the area.


Bethlehem Police told us officials were on scene, but that the fire department was handling the incident.


The viewer said they tried leaving the casino around 11 p.m. Sunday, but were told they couldn't go to their vehicle.


They said they were stuck inside, waiting for more than four hours.


We couldn't reach the fire department for comment on the incident, but the viewer said they were finally able to leave around 3:45 a.m. Monday.
