Police say three- year-old Elinor Trotta was taken from her home by her father, Michael Trotta. They say he assaulted the child's mother, then took her. Michael Trotta is believed to be driving a 1989 gray Mazda 6-2-6, with Delaware license plate 2-4-7-4-5-7. Police believe he may be on his way to New York City, and say the child is in danger. Anyone with information is asked
