Here's a look back at the stories that made headlines this week in the 69 News "Week in Review."
Monday: A 25-year-old man was charged with vehicular homicide in connection to a crash that killed two teenagers in Chester County.
Authorities said 25-year-old Thomas Muir was driving under the influence of alcohol last weekend when his pickup truck barreled into a minivan, killing Miles and Charlotte Hannagan.
Officials said their parents suffered serious injuries in the crash.
Muir was not injured.
Tuesday: A massive sinkhole swallowed a plow truck in Warren County, New Jersey.
Crews had their hands full removing the truck and then filling in the 15-foot deep hole.
Because of the massive hole, about 20 people were without water for hours.
The hole has since been patched over and the road is now reopen.
Wednesday: A Luzerne County jury spared the life of a man convicted of strangling a pharmacist and his girlfriend in 2002, and burying their bodies in his yard.
41-year-old Hugo Selenski was sentenced to life in prison without parole after being convicted on two counts of first-degree murder in the killings of Michael Kerkowski and Tammy Fassett.
Thursday: A former pastor was arrested for allegedly killing his former mistress in Lancaster County.
Officials said 58-year-old Randall Shreiner confessed to shooting 44-year-old Monica Lee Miller outside of her Ephrata apartment building.
Shreiner was arraigned on homicide charges.
According to authorities, Shreiner's wife knew of the relationship, and alerted authorities when she learned of the murder.
Friday: 69 News learned that a mobile park in Moore Township, Northampton County is facing millions of dollars in fines for safety violations linked to a deadly explosion.
State officials said a propane leak caused an explosion that killed 65-year-old William Neith inside his home in the Hickory Hills community last February.
The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission said Hickory Hills should pay two-million dollars in fines for 39 violations found in the community's propane system.
