PHILLIES SPRING TRAINING: Howard hoping for bounceback season

If the Phillies are to have any offensive firepower this season, they'll need Ryan Howard to bounce back.

Howard's numbers, and power, have declined over the last few years.

But this year, he's healthier than he has been in awhile, and the Phillies expect positive production to result.
