UPDATE: UGI's main 800-number has been restored and is now working. Customers experiencing an emergency can call UGI’s regular phone numbers for UGI Gas, UGI Penn Natural Gas and UGI Electric (800-276-2722.)
Customers and individuals who smell an odor of gas are reminded they should leave the building and call UGI or 911 from an outside phone. If you have a downed electric power line, avoid the area and contact UGI.
Due to the increased call volume and wait times associated with the equipment issue experienced by our 800-number provider, customers who do not have an emergency are urged to consider calling on another day.
Due to an "equipment issue," UGI Utilities temporarily has lost 800 phone service.
UGI’s Call Center remained in operation, but was only accepting emergency phone calls.
A UGI spokesman apologized for any inconvenience caused by the temporary loss of the toll-free number.
