A cloudy and cold start to the day with temperatures in the teens. While a snow shower or flurry (allowing for a coating) is still possible this morning, most of the day will be dry as the clouds break for some sunshine this afternoon.
High temperatures will only make it into the mid 20s, so another chilly day to wrap-up the work week.
This weekend will start out chilly too with highs staying in the 20s on Saturday despite plenty of sunshine.
Sunday will be a bit warmer, but by the afternoon we will have to watch our next system which will push snow into the area late Sunday.
The precipitation will then continue into Monday morning possibly mixing with or changing over to sleet and rain in spots.
Slick spots are likely prior to the Monday morning commute.
We'll continue to monitor the details of that system over the next couple days so stay tuned for the very latest.
Today: A stray flurry early; otherwise, very cold with clouds giving way to some sunshine. High: 25
Tonight: Turning out clear and bitterly cold. Low: 0
Saturday: Plenty of sunshine, still cold. High: 28 Low: 9
