Santa arrives in Phillipsburg by kayak

Santa arrived by kayak to spread Christmas cheer in Phillipsburg.


Santa's dramatic arrival on the Delaware River Saturday was presented by the Pennsylvania Water Rescue organization and the Riverview Kayak Club.


Santa's journey by water was held in conjunction with a demonstration the groups held on cold water safety.


After Santa got out of the water, festivities were held at the River View Arts Center in Phillipsburg.
