Phillies make moves in Rule 5 Draft

But the organization also saw some movement in the Rule 5 draft involving now former Fightin Phils......The Dodgers, selected outfielder Peter Lavin and the Rockies picked up pitcher Kyle Simon...both guys played in Reading last year.The Phillies nabbed southpaw pitcher Andy Oliver from the Pirates. They also chose Odubel Herrera...a decent hitter with some speed who's expected to play center field.So the landscape of the Phillies
