Governor Mifflin wrestlers primed for big season

Wilson is the three-time defending Berks County wrestling champion. But there are a few teams that will provide a formidable challenge to that streak this year. One of those teams is Governor Mifflin.


The Mustangs return a talented and deep platoon of wrestlers led by defending state champion Jan Johnson. Keith Miller and Zach Sheetz are also among Mifflin's top returners.



Governor Mifflin notched wins in both the county and District tournaments last year. With that experience, the Mustangs having entered the season hungry. They know the effort it takes to get to where they want to be by season's end.
