1st night of Chanukah to be celebrated with family concert at Berkshire Mall in Wyomissing

The first night of Chanukah in Berks County will be celebrated with food, fun and festive music.

The Boscov's entrance to the Berkshire Mall in Wyomissing will be the setting for a Chanukah family concert, featuring the Baal Shem Tov band.

The community is invited to participate in singing and dancing and enjoy some hot latkes, donuts and chocolate gelt.

The event, starting at 6 p.m., is sponsored by Chabad Lubavitch of Berks County and Boscov's Department Stores.

Hanukkah is set to start at sundown Tuesday and continue through the evening of Dec. 24.
