Police are on the hunt for the man who robbed a convenience store in Berks County at gunpoint.
The holdup happened around 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Sunoco A-Plus at Route 61 and Belleveue Avenue in Muhlenberg Township.
The robber pointed what appeared to be a semi-automatic handgun at the clerk and demanded money from the register, said police, who aren't sure how much cash the robber took.
The robber was described as a white man who stands approximately five feet, eight inches tall and has a medium build. He was wearing a black ski mask, a gray hooded Pittsburgh Steelers sweatshirt under a dark jacket and khaki pants, police said.
He was last seen heading on foot north from the store.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Crime Alert Berks County at 877-373-9913. A cash reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.
