A man accused in a deadly shootout in downtown Bethlehem has learned his fate.
Rene Figueroa was sentenced Friday to 15.5 to 31 years in jail.
Figueroa was charged in connection with a gun battle that happened outside the Puerto Rican Beneficial Society in Bethlehem in 2012. Yolanda Morales, 23, was killed.
In October 2014, Figueroa was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter, but not first degree murder.
His co-defendant, Javier Rivera Alvarado, was charged with attempted homicide, but he was found not guilty.
