(:05) >>nancy: no matter how perfect that soundscathys mom wasnt perfect. i wish she would have had more time, with each of us.KEY to raising a confident girl? experts say daughters will emulate mom so moms should expose her to your career or life goals. encourage her to pursue her passions. from a young age, experts say its crucial to teach girls to be self-reliant. >>Usha Kishor Patel By age 10 i could make a complete meal, without my mom being there. (:04) >>nancy: parenting experts say teach your daughter life skills to bolster her confidence.moms need to watch their girls struggle and fail in order to problem-solve. >>Sammy Mill i wish she wouldnt be as protective, and let me do more things by myself, instead of by my side the whole time. (:04) >>Christine Michael Whenever someone says oh, your daughter is beautiful-thats fine-but for you to say shes beautiful on the inside is far important to me, and i hope, important to her.
