Middle schoolers were showing off their dance moves Wednesday night.



The Allentown School District held its third annual ballroom dance competition at William Allen High School.



Students in the dance program were judged on their poise, stage presence and knowledge of the four dances they were taught over 10 weeks, including swing, tango, merengue and salsa.



Students from Harrison-Morton, Raub, South Mountain and Trexler middle schools participated.
