A Carbon County psychologist accused of forcing himself on a patient has learned his fate.



Michael Degilio was sentenced Monday to four years in state prison.



Back in 2010 police say Degilio forced a patient to perform a sex act on him at his Mahoning Township office.



He was later found guilty of indecent assault and other charges.
