Top News : Expect rain, cold most of Monday, bitter overnight temps

Grab the umbrella on your way out today as we can expect rain much of the time.

Rainfall amounts will average a half inch to an inch of rain with this system.

Afternoon highs will top out in the upper 40s this afternoon.

Temperatures will plummet tonight with lows bottoming out in the middle 20s.

Also, the wind will pick up averaging 12-25 mph making it feel even colder.

Tuesday and Wednesday will be quite chilly with highs in the lower and middle 30s along with blustery conditions.

Skies will average partly sunny both days.
