Allentown Police have arrested a mother and daughter in relation to a stabbing that happened last night in the 13-hundred block of Walnut Street. The 17 year-old girl and her mother, 34 year-old Tashha Fofagno, were arrested overnight. Police say the 20 year-old male victim is the daughter's ex-boyfriend. He made his way to St. Luke's Hospital on
