Coroner called to Lehigh Twp. accident, Route 145 closed

The coroner has been called to a fatal accident in Lehigh Township, Northampton County.

According to authorities, the accident happened in the 100 block of Riverview Drive/Route 145 before 2 p.m.

There is at least one fatality, and several injuries. Two helicopters were dispatched to the scene to transport injured persons.

Route 145 is currently closed between Main Street in Walnutport and Willow Road in Lehigh Township.
