Sexual assault charges have been dropped against a former counselor at KidsPeace.
Police had accused Jonathan Nivar of abusing a 14-year-old client at Kidspeace in North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, in February 2013, but court documents showed Nivar only worked at Kidspeace until January 2013.
Nivar's attorney said the charges were dropped because there was evidence to discredit the accuser.
