Warren County accepts $16.7M offer for county nursing home

It appears Warren County, New Jersey's nursing home will have a new owner.

Warren Haven Acquisitions, an affiliate of the Chapin Group, submitted an offer of $16.7 million on Wednesday to buy Warren Haven.

The sale is not final, as the county has to do due diligence.

The county put the nursing home on the sale block earlier in February, with an asking price of $9 million.

The Warren County freeholders will take a final vote on the sale March 11.
