The Raritan Valley Line here is only operating on a weekend schedule today. That means the next train doesn't leave till 3:00. Other than that though-- for an area that was expecting to measure snow in feet today.. it's turned out to be just a typical Tuesday. >> reporter The snow came down steadily overnight in Western New Jersey.. But as night turned into morning.. By morning most roads were simply wet and businesses like Phillipsburg's Key City Diner opened up shop. Most people seemed thrilled the predicted blizzard was a no-show. After last year, it was really a hard winter and I'm just glad it's all over before it never even happened.">> Well we still have a lot more winter yet. And even though we didn't get a lot of snow.. this is a real concern. All this snow on peoples roofs -- it's getting windy out here and this light.. dry snow is really blowing around. So you have to watch out for that. Also-- one more travel note. If you're trying to get into New York City today-- again.. the New Jersey Transit trains are running on a weekend schedule here today. If you're taking the bus-- both commuter lines are just resuming service now as well. So things are quickly getting back to normal here. Live in Hunterdon County.. John Craven
