Sestak launches bid for re-match against Toomey

Joe Sestak is kicking off his campaign for US Senate.

The Democrat and former Navy Vice Admiral spoke out this morning at Independence Hall in Philadelphia.

He is challenging Senator Pat Toomey in the 2016 election.

Sestak ran for office in 2010, before losing to Toomey in the general election.

Sestak has also served two terms in the US House of Representatives.
