The civil trial for a Bethlehem fire truck driver who was involved in a deadly crash is underway.
The attorney for the family of William Samer says firefighter Frank Dashner is at fault for a collision in 2008.
The fire truck and Samer's car collided, and Samer was killed.
The family is seeking damages from the city and Dashner.
A jury will now determine whether Dashner is liable for the crash.
Police did not file criminal charges against him, and in 2009, authorities determined Dashner was not negligent as he was heading to an emergency.
