A local organization is asking for your help with diaper duty.
The Cay Galgon Center in Bethlehem is partnering with the Weyerhaeuser Distribution Center in Easton for a fourth annual Diaper Drive.
Organizers report hundreds of families around the region are in need of diapers.
"Sometimes, it might be the choice between putting food on the table or putting diapers on your child, and nobody should have to make that choice," said Christine Duddy, Cay Galgon Center.
The goal of the drive is 25,000 diapers. The collected diapers will then be donated to various shelters, including Mary's Shelter in Reading.
You can drop off unused/closed-packaged disposable diapers in any size to the shelter at 325 S. 12th St., Reading, in care of Operation Diaper Drive.
