Crews battle fire at house across from fire company

Fire crews in Carbon County were familiar with the area as a blaze broke out across the street from the fire company Friday morning.



It broke out around 6 a,m., at 510 Blue Mountain Road in East Penn Township, in the village of Ashfield.


Crews on scene say that's almost directly across the street from the East Penn Township Fire Company.


No injuries have been reported.


There's no word on what sparked the fire.
