Community Services for Children CEO stepping down

A local leader announced plans to step down from the helm of a local children's organization.

Jane Ervin said at the end of the year she will retire from her role as President and CEO of Community Services for Children.

The organization runs a number of programs throughout the Lehigh Valley, including Head Start.

Ervin took over as CEO in 2007.

She is also a former Lehigh County Executive.

Her replacement has not yet been named.
