Skies continue to clear overnight allowing for temperatures to fall to around 30 degrees. As a result, watch out for some patchy black ice late tonight and tomorrow morning in areas where melting occurred throughout the day on Wednesday.
Thursday looks like a pleasant day with plenty of sunshine and high temperatures reaching the upper 40s to near 50 degrees with a breeze.
Friday will feature increasing clouds with rain arriving Friday night as a storm system approaches the area for the weekend. Some sleet could mix in initially Friday night, but this should be a rain event.
Saturday we will leave in the clouds and a few periods of rain, could dry out a bit later that day but a few rain showers are still possible on Sunday. This storm system has the potential for 1/2" to 1" of rain.
