Police in Montgomery County are investigating a report of a child luring attempt.
It happened on West King Street in Pottstown Thursday afternoon around 3:30.
Police say a man in a green SUV asked a young girl if she needed a ride.
They say he then made a sexual comment, and began fumbling with his pants.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
