Lehigh Township accident sends two people to the hospital

Officials say an accident between a fuel truck and a car in Lehigh Township, Northampton County has sent two people to the hospital.


The accident happened Saturday afternoon in the 700 block of South Dogwood Road in Lehigh Township, when a car barreled into the back of a fuel truck.


Officials say the female driver of the car was flown to the hospital, while an employee of the fuel truck company was taken to the hospital by ambulance.


There is no word yet on the condition of either victim.
