The Berks Catholic and Conrad Weiser boys basketball teams picked up key league roads wins on Thursday night. The Boyertown girls also won away from home, as the lady Bears remained perfect.
In Elverson, Berks Catholic (2-1, 4-6) handed Twin Valley its first league loss, 48-31, in a dominant defensive effort.
Connor Jack led the way with 14 points and 20 rebounds, while the newly-returned Isaac Lutz scored 9 points.
Colin Hartey and Eric DiGiacomo paced the Raiders (3-1, 8-5) with 8 points apiece.

In Fleetwood, Conrad Weiser (4-0, 7-4) remained perfect within Berks II following a 61-55 win over the Tigers (1-2, 5-6).
Cartier Talford lit it up for the Scouts, dropping 34 points. Pierce Brosious added another 15.
Fleetwood had three scorers in double-figures, including Matt Hook (17), Jared Reaser (16) and Tyler Nolt (14).

In Phoenixville, the Boyertown girls (7-0, 12-0) stayed unblemished with a 51-29 victory over the Phantoms (3-4, 4-9).
Abby Kapp continued her fine season, registering 19 points to lead the way for the Bears. Ali Bauman added another 10.
Nomi Washington scored 14 points to lead the way for Phoenixville.
