Traffic snarled by jackknifed tractor trailer on I-78EB

Travelers on eastbound Interstate 78 had to maneuver around a jackknifed tractor trailer Tuesday morning.

The accident happened around 10 a.,m. at mile marker 77, near the interchange with Route 33 in Lower Saucon Township, Northampton County.

PennDOT cameras show the 18-wheeler partially in the median, and in the left lane.

Traffic is getting by in the right lane, but is backing up.
