The borough of Doylestown in Bucks County voted Wednesday night to repeal three gun ordinance provisions.
This comes on the heels of a new state law which could make municipalities with gun restrictions pay legal costs if a person or organization sues them and wins in court.
The vote was just the first step as the borough solicitor will have to tweak the repealed ordinance and council will have to make a final decision in January.
