BERKS RUNDOWN: Twin Valley takes out Brandywine Hts.

Twin Valley picked up a big win on opening night of the high school basketball season on Friday.

The Raiders beat Brandywine 57-41 in the first round of the Twin Valley Tip-Off Tournament.

Twin Valley will face Owen J. Roberts on Saturday in the tournament title game.

On the girls side, Lebanon closed out the game with an 8-0 run to earn a 46-43 win at Muhlenberg in round one of the Muhlenberg Tip-Off Tournament.

Boyertown picked up an impressive 51-36 win over Cedar Crest in the other game at Muhlenberg.
