About a dozen fire departments helped battle a house fire in Schuylkill County.
The fire broke out around 7 p.m. Sunday at 173 Sunny Drive in the village of Maryd in Schuylkill Township.
Officials tell us it started in the garage of the home.
Two families were able to get out without any injuries.
There's no word yet on a cause.
The Red Cross assisted seven people with food, clothing, shoes and winter coats.
