Two vehicle accident leaves at least two injured in West Penn Township

A two-car crash tied up traffic Friday afternoon on Route 309 in Schuylkill County.

It happened around 2:20 in West Penn Township, near the Tamaqua border.

Officials say at least two people suffered minor injuries.

Lanes were closed while police investigated and crews cleaned up.
