A grand jury report released Monday recommends the resignation of three members of the Easton school board, including its president.
Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli held a news conference Monday morning to release the findings of the grand jury's investigation.
The panel was formed to investigate a case involving a technology director accused of recording a meeting without authorization.
The initial probe started after Easton school district technology director Thomas Drago was accused of recording a meeting without permission.
Officials say Drago had also been accused in separate incidents of accessing other computers, copying files and taking inappropriate photos of a female colleague.
Monday's report recommended that board members Robert Fehnel, Kerri Leonard Ellison and board president Frank Pintabone resign for their handling of the Drago matter.
The report also suggests a new acceptable use policy that includes restrictions on access for the technology director of the district.
