In Chester, Widener prevailed with a 36-35 win over Muhlenberg in the Mules first-ever appearance in the NCAA championships. Ryan O'Hara's 32-yard field goal with 11 seconds left proved to be difference.
The Mules finished the 2014 season with a 9-2 mark.
In Doylestown, Christopher Newport got out of town with a 29-26 victory over Delaware Valley. Mason Studer's 38 yard field goal gave CNU the late win.
