Lafayette pulls out win at Colgate; Lehigh stumbles at Holy Cross

Lafayette and Lehigh are two weeks away from their 150th meeting at Yankee Stadium in Bronx, New York. Both are trying to build some momentum between now and then.

At Colgate, Lafayette's Thomas Martin drilled a field goal as time expired to lift the Leopards to a 19-16 win over the host Raiders.

The win snaps a 3-game losing streak for Lafayette (2-3, 4-6), who will be off until the showdown with Lehigh in two weeks.

In Worcester, Lehigh suffered a 27-20 loss at the hands of Holy Cross.

Whitehall product Nick Shafnisky threw for nearly 400 yards and a touchdown, but it wasn't enough to lift the Mountain Hawks (1-3, 2-7).

Lehigh will host Colgate next weekend.
