There's not much more that Whitehall running back Saquon Barkley can accomplish in his high school career. Yet the Penn State commit added another piece of hardware to his collection Saturday night, the prestigious Mr. PA Football award.

Barkley was recognized at the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg Saturday with his future head coach, James Franklin, in attendance.

Barkley rushed for nearly 2,000 yards last season and scored 29 touchdowns, leading the Zephyrs to 8 wins.

He's the school's record-holder for career rushing yards and scores. Barkley might also hold a few records on the Big Ticket for number of Ticket Taker and Triple Hot wins.

Barkley earned the nod in the large-school classification. South Williamsport running back Dom Bragalone, a Lehigh recruit, took home the honors in the small school division.
