A man has pleaded guilty to burglary and conspiracy charges after being accused of taking toys from a playground group in West Reading.
Wellington Mayo, 42, has been sentenced to one to five years in prison, but will get credit for time already served.
Authorities say he was part of a group that took about $1,000 worth of toys back in 2013 at West Reading Playground.
Police said the group used children to haul away several large bags of donated toys from the playground near 5th Avenue and Sycamore Road.
