Jackknifed truck closes snow-covered road

The snow is making travel trecherous for motorists Wednesday, especially in the higher elevations.

A tractor trailer jack knifed around 9 a.m. on top of Blue Mountain, blocking all lanes of Route 309 in West Penn Township, Schuylkill County.

That's just north of the Lehigh County line.

There's no word on whether there are any injuries.

The snow is causing roads to become slippery.
