Sexual assault charges tossed against 2 Reading men

Charges have been dismissed against two men accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl they met on Facebook.


Officials said the alleged victim was too traumatized to go forward with testifying against Randy Hernandez and Gaspar Perez.


Court officials dismissed the charges.
