The Girl Scouts and ArtsQuest teamed up Sunday to present a sampling of delicious desserts made with Girl Scout cookies.
The 2015 Girl Scout Cookie Crunch was held at Bethlehem's SteelStacks.
Area restaurants and eateries created more than 20 dishes and desserts made with Girl Scout cookie favorites like Thin Mints, Peanut Butter Patties, Caramel Delites and Shortbreads.
Iron Lakes Country Club took first place for its Chipotle Shortbread Mac and Cheese dish.
First runner up went to Cathy's Creative Catering with Lemonade Chicken Schnitzel.
Thomas at the Moravian Book Shop took second runner up spot with Lemon Curd Profiteroles with Citrus Glace and Toasted Cranberry Lemon Crumble.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Girl Scouts and the ArtsQuest Arts Education Fund.
