An area radio station, service organization and non-profit have joined forces to help collect funds to help the three children affected by an unspeakable tragedy this week.
Word FM, a faith-based radio station, and the Souderton-Telford Rotary are partnering with the Univest Foundation to establish the Stone & Flick Children Fund.
Monies collected will benefit the two young girls who lost both their parents, and for 17-year-old Anthony Flick who lost his parents, sister, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother early Monday.
The girls' father, 35-year-old Bradley Stone, is suspected in the murder of his ex-wife, 33-year-old Nicole Hill, who is also the girls' mother.
Stone is also accused of killing Hill's mother, 57-year-old mother, Joanne T. Gilbert, and 75-year-old grandmother, Patricia Hill, Hill's sister, Patricia Flick, Flick's husband Aaron Flick and the couple's 14-year-old daughter Nina.
The couple's son Anthony was seriously wounded and flown to a hospital in Philadelphia for treatment.
Stone's body was found shortly after 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in a wooded area of Upper Hanover Township, about a half-mile from his home in Pennsburg.
Stone and his ex-wife had an ongoing custody dispute involving the couple's two children, officials said.
The fund has been jumpstarted with a $5,000 donation-- $3,000 from Univest Corporation, and $1,000 each from Word FM and Souderton-Telford Rotary.
