Severe cold awaits after mid week mildness

Veterans Day will bring very nice weather for all of the area ceremonies and activities.

Look for sunshine and some clouds along with mild conditions as afternoon high temperatures top out in the middle 60s.

Skies will turn out mostly cloudy tonight and areas of fog and drizzle can develop late tonight and early Wednesday.

Wednesday will feature clouds that will break for some afternoon sunshine and mild temperatures once again.

Highs will reach the lower and middle 60s during the afternoon.

Much colder air arrives on Thursday with highs holding in the middle and upper 40s.
