Drivers can now use the Route 611 under pass after it was closed for six weeks.
The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission reopened the connector roadway under Route 22 Tuesday night.
The closure allowed crews to do a series of construction activities as part of the Easton-Phillipsburg Toll Bridge Rehabilitation Project.
One of those activities was to complete the reconstruction of the approach bridge that carries Route 22 across Route 611. This new approach bridge replaces a former concrete box-beam structure that was outdated.
Motorists may still run into delays and detours along Route 611 upstream of the toll bridge as the City of Easton is doing subsidence work along the road north of the Bushkill Street Bridge.
The Commission recently announced plans to end all remaining traffic restrictions for the toll bridge project before the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
