(:06) >>nancy: besides the balancing act, as a woman, holbrook has learned a lot as she paved her way through the process. first on her list: she thinks women shouldn't be so humble. >>Karen Holbrook First second covered "Women are not as aggressive and they're always willing to say oh i didn't do that, somebody else did that or oh i couldn't possibly be that, somebody else can be." (:09) >>nancy: next on her list: women should set their sights higher and go out of their comfort zone. >>Karen Holbrook It's hard for them to envision themselves as a leader when they actually are."
